PURPOSE - It is our intent to produce enrichment programs and projects that introduce students and community to tools that build self-esteem and provide leadership skills.
Our programs are designed to educate, empower and enhance the African American culture and build a stronger, educated and safe community through partnerships and collaboration. We celebrate and embrace all cultures in Kern County, understanding that by empowering the next generation to lead ethically and confidently will lead to increased economic development for our community.
Through our "Each One Teach One Partners In Progress Program." We value, honesty, integrity and ethical conduct as displayed and taught in our Buffalo Soldiers Program.
